HC 425HD Cardboard Shredder for packaging material perforates cardboard to create honeycomb cardboard, an eco-friendly packaging material. HC 425HD cardboard shredder provides perforated cardboard upto 210 kgs/hr for packaging. We also have another model HC 425 which has capacity of providing 150 to 170 kgs/hr honeycomb cardboard.
In HC 425HD, Cardboard Shredder instead of shredding perforates cardboard and the output is a netted mat resembling a honeycomb like structure and hence is called as Honeycomb Cardboard.
This Shredded Cardboard packaging material due to its extra padding is used as cushioning - especially in packing glass bottles, flower vase, delicate artifacts and other such delicate items. For example, in case of packing of glass bottle - the honeycomb cardboard is rolled over the glass bottle to provide an additional cushion to protect it while shipping.
It is also used in automobile industries for packing apart from its extensive use for packaging in E-commerce industry as shipping of all kinds of products requires secured padding and honeycomb cardboard is the best suitable option.

HC 425HD and HC 425 are our recently manufactured cardboard shredders for packaging material, which are also called as cardboard perforators. These machines are used to recycle used waste cardboard boxes, cartons, cardboard sheets into flexible packaging material.
This HC 425HD cardboard perforator converts cardboard into a sustainable eco-friendly packaging material. It is easy to operate, user-friendly machine as one can shred any size of cardboard due to its wide opening. In case, if the size exceeds the feed-size of the machine, HC 425HD machine cuts the excess cardboard as the machine perforates the main chunk of cardboard.

HC 425HD - All types of corrugated cardboard(includes paper board, cardboard sheets, cartons,cardboard boxes)can be perforated, however all cardboards should be flat prior to insertion in the feeding mouth(cutters), is the mandatory requirement.
As mentioned above primary requisite for perforation of cardboard is it should be flat and and hence we have listed below items that cannot be processed through Cardboard Perforators:
Important precautionary steps prior to shredding: We always advise our clients to remove all staples or any other similar hard metal objects attached to cardboard before passing it through the mouth of the machine. This is because these objects may cause damage to the cutting heads of cutting cylinders thus impeding the smooth operation of the machine. Secondly this perforated cardboard is primarily used in packing of delicate items such as glass bottles, artifacts, etc. and these items may get scratches due to the staples or other hard objects and hence it is always recommended to remove the staples and hard metal objects, if any, attached to cardboard before processing the cardboard for perforation or shredding.
