Raj Electricals is worldwide popular for shredders and grinders. Popular for our user-friendly and customized machines, we have recently manufactured and launched two models of Cardboard Perforator Machines - HC 425 and HC 425HD - in the market.
When cardboard box is inserted in the Cardboard Perforator machine the HC 425 machine perforates and cuts used cardboard/corrugated box, thus providing an excellent alternative packaging solution of Honeycomb Cardboard, which is lighter, at the same time rugged, sturdy to manage load. It is an environmental friendly option - Best from Waste. If the cardboard size is more than the feed size of the machine, then the excess cardboard is trimmed off simultaneously. The Honeycomb Corrugated Cardboard due to its superior padding is a perfect shock absorber and is used as fillers in void packaging. It provides extra cushion especially in packing glass bottles. Superior Padding gives best protection for the most fragile of products. Hence Honeycomb Cardboard can be used to pack glass bottles, automobile parts, delicate artifacts, crockery, electronic goods, and other fragile items.
Raj Electrical's Honeycomb Cardboard HC 425 is 100% in-house packaging solution and it is cost effective with fast return on investment. HC 425 provides output of 150 kgs/hr to 170 kgs/hr perforated cardboard. HC 425 is a maintenance-free machine. We also have another model HC 425 HD which gives 210 kgs/hr output. However, we also would like to clarify that output capacity varies with the thickness of ply and feeding speed.
Salient features of Cardboard Perforator Machine HC 425:
Important thing to do, before proceeding to perforate/shredding of the cardboard is to remove all hard (metal) objects such as staples or other pins, if any attached, to the cardboard. This is because during the perforation process these objects may damage the cutting heads of the cutting cylinders causing obstruction and thus preventing easy and smooth operation of the machine. Also even if they have passed through the process there is a chance that these objects may cause scratches or cracks to the delicate items which are packed with these perforated boards.
HC 425 perforates all types of cardboard such as cardboard sheets, cartons, paper board and even cardboard boxes, provided they are flat, as that is the essential primary requirement to pass through the mouth of the machine.

Thick cardboard rolls cannot be perforated as they are very thick to pass through the mouth of the perforator machine. In the same way craft paper being thin cannot be perforated.
